Finding community shouldn’t be.

Everyone on our leadership team is a cancer survivor, gardener, pet owner and parent. We know how sudden a diagnosis feels and how many details get lost in the process. Our goal is to make sure cancer patients:

  • Know they have support from their local community for help at home,

  • Build skills for growing plants to reduce cancer recurrence,

  • Have the support they need to keep their pet at home during treatment, with no-cost pet sitting,

  • And remove the stigma of breast cancer treatment.

Backyard Breasties™ depends on volunteers like you to provide free pet sitting and plant services.
