Finding community shouldn’t be.
Everyone on our leadership team is a cancer survivor, gardener, pet owner and parent. We know how sudden a diagnosis feels and how many details get lost in the process. Our goal is to make sure cancer patients:
Know they have support from their local community for help at home,
Build skills for growing plants to reduce cancer recurrence,
Have the support they need to keep their pet at home during treatment, with no-cost pet sitting,
And remove the stigma of breast cancer treatment.
Backyard Breasties™ depends on volunteers like you to provide free pet sitting and plant services.
